The Swim Lab A New Swim Development Program Beginning in February 2026! Join Hayden Robison – Aquatics Director, and Jodi Dody– Certified Personal Trainer, at The Clubs of Kingwood Adult Pool for this amazing program. This clinic combines dryland swim-specific training with a coached Masters swim for a complete performance workout. The first 30 minutes focus on swim fitness exercises designed to improve strength, mobility, core stability, and injury prevention—with emphasis on shoulders, hips, and core to support efficient strokes and endurance. Following the fitness portion, enjoy a 45-minute Masters swim featuring structured sets, technique cues, and conditioning work tailored to all ability levels. Perfect for swimmers looking to build strength, swim smarter, and perform better in the water—whether you’re training for fitness, competition, or longevity.
